Ok. So, I disagree with comment below. Hair style looks good on it.
Skin color is CORRECT. Sai is not green or something.
Eyes are fine. If you actually READ the manga, he always makes that face.
I see something in the hair, I'm assuming it's a Headband.

not bad. it needs maybe some shorter pants and something to go around his ankles to make his shoes look more like his shoes. nice use of the nightmare item.
