From the television show "Hey Arnold." Arnold finds himself entrusted with his grandfather's watch and drops it down the sink by accident. Feeling responsible he and his friend, Gerald, go down into the sewers only to face the Sewer King. The king believes it to be a royal icon as he wears it around his neck.
