Pyramid Head, or otherwise called Red Pyramid Thing, is the main antagonist from Silent Hill 2. He appears in the movie, comics, Homecoming and the Arcade also.
I equipped the spear, which he uses in the game [even if the Great Knife is more popular ;D]
EDIT: The black at his lower head [under the helmet] isn't hair, it is the black ninja mask, 'cause I thought a human ear/pale skin would be more unfitting ;D - Date: 02/03/2010

You have the clothing and head right, looks very close to the reference picture and I also agree that you need to do something about the hair and get a sword for him.

- i never even seen silent hill but i think that if you saved up and got another das cleaner for the sword part that would be more accurate by my geusss. but i've never seen silent hill so i shouldn't talk
