She is one of many summon spirits in the game Tales Of Symphonia. She is a Summon Spirit of Ice, who once had a pact with Mithos the Hero. Celsius may seem cold at first, but deep down she has a warm heart.

This is really hard to give a description for because I don't want to give ANY spoilers... kinda hard to do with this cosplay. Hopefully you like it, rate fairly please, and comment!
