Well, it's kafei from LoZ Majora's Mask.
As i was reminded in the comments, the reason Kafei has a mask on in my cosplay is because he was turned into a child by the skull kid, and is too ashamed to show his face so he wears a Keaton mask. Then when you complete a series of sidequests he reveals himself to you.

- Kotaro, he does have a mask during most of the time you see him. Ill add a link to the picture of him with a mask in the description.
