Well, it's kafei from LoZ Majora's Mask.
As i was reminded in the comments, the reason Kafei has a mask on in my cosplay is because he was turned into a child by the skull kid, and is too ashamed to show his face so he wears a Keaton mask. Then when you complete a series of sidequests he reveals himself to you.

WOW! Hardly anyone uses the side characters! You're awesome! Kafei was sooo cool, that was actually one of the last sidequests I did on that game because of the last day thing. Didn't want to have to start all over, y'know? 5/5!

This is good!
This also was a good game, Though many seem to not like it as much Seeing it was released only 2 years after Ocarina of time (That game may have over shadowed this one abit.)
