This is Sephiroth in that famous moment when he burned Nibelheim, inspired in both games' and film's versions.
I based his face on Crisis Core's model, where fans will remember his eyelashes are unusually long.
The image is merely for reference purposes and not strictly the object of the cosplay. Enjoy! ^^

- You should have won! But doing a popular character is a double-edged knife, and you can go down no matter how good your cosplay is, maybe even especially if the cosplay is good to boot. This is the arenas we have... T__T

- @Faded Elegance: I see, so you're claiming that if I hadn't added the "flashy items" such as you call the fire and the flames it would have resembled the scene I'm cosplaying -which Nibelheim on fire- more accurately...? And I also recommend looking in the archives: you will find over 200 Sephiroths, but not one made like this, therefore I'm not "taking an old cosplay" but rather cosplaying a popular character.

@bmaster154, thanks for the support ^^ I submitted this because I too thought it looked like Sephiroth, so it saddens me that there are people downvoting it out of spite for my choice of character, with no regard for the quality of the cosplay itself. The decent thing to do would've been to at least abstain from voting unfairly. So thanks! ^^ - Report As Spam

- Also, Coupler, anyone has the right to cosplay a character if they feel they are doing it well and in a way that hasn't been done before. New items come out all the time, and that allows for better cosplays. You cannot have seen another Sephiroth like this, simply because it hasn't been done with these items before. If you think it innaccurate, then perhaps you should have looked at the reference image --that is what it is there for.
