A cosplay of Kusuriuri, the character from anime series called Ayakashi and Mononoke. He appears in Ayakashi in episode 8th, and in Mononoke for the whole series, which has 12 episodes. Both series are the greatest japanese classic horror I've ever seen!
"I'm...just a...Medicine Seller." That's what Kusuriuri says, when people ask him, who he is.
