Fukuro Lady is the rarely seen entity from Silent Hill 3 and the short film Fukuro. She appears in a nurse's outfit wearing long black gloves that seem to be kept behind her in an arrested fashion. In Fukuro, her characteristics appear sexual much like Pyramid Head as she is seen atop a creature similar to a Numb Body. In SH3, she is seen consorting with Valtiel throughout the game.

- I believe that Fukuro is supposed to be a version of Lisa Garland. I know that she doesn't have the blond hair, but according to the SH Wikia, she is Lisa's soul trapped in the Otherworld, forever being tormented by Pyramid Head and Valtiel, or something like that.
