Yeah, he's alive and well, alright. But since his team ran off without him, he has been doomed to an infinite respawn in a bloody bathroom somewhere deep in L4D. Hardened veteran that he is, he can hole up safely with his rifle and a med kit for now, but even Bill'd be hard pressed to survive very long on his own.
