- Description: Rumored to be one of the legendary persocoms known as "Chobits," Chi appears to be just an average persocom lacking an operating system. She is found one evening by Hideki in a pile of trash he notices on his way home from work. He takes her to his apartment and tries to figure out how to activate her. He manages to power her on, only to find she can only say the word, "Chi." He takes on the responsibility of looking after "Chi," and tries to teach her everything she needs to know of the world.

- I saw one just like this a few days ago. You gave her the right shoes, but that's it. The majority of the avatar is pretty fluff and unnecessary expensive items. The avatar itself is simple and easy to accomplish.

- This is a good cosplay and all, but I don't think it should have gotten first. It's fine where it is. There are tons of chi cosplays every week. While this one is better then most I think it's where it should be. In top ten but not first.
