I would have personally used the Demonic Style and the blank expression with the shade over the eyes. She's a creepy character so it would make her more eerie to look at - Report As Spam

If I remember correctly, the dress she's wearing in that pic is the long one she wears when she's dead...
I definitely would have used different eyes, too.
