- Description: A young member of the Root organization of the Black Ops, Sai replaces Sasuke in Tem 7 and Team Kakashi. He has great artistic ability, and is often making enemies with Sakura and Naruto. He is often smiling for no reason, and only knows jutsu based on Ink. Sorry no ninja band, but if I equipped it you wouldn't be able to see it with this hair! Consturctive criticism is loved. I think I'm the first to enter Sai, but I might be wrong. Thanks for voting!

err seen better, but this is the first like that! uh, sai's clothes never made much sense so its hard to cosplay but i think you could do better
