- Description: After Tomoe's death, Himura Kenshin became a free wielding swordsman. Makoto Shishio became his successor as hitokiri (assassin). Later, the new Meiji government believed it would be best to eliminate Shishio. Thus, Shishio was knocked out from a blow to the head, doused in oil and burned alive. He survived, sustaining severe damage to his entire body. He now seeks revenge by burning Tokyo like they burned him.

- <---was just reading the manga. Hey, it's great to see more ruroken, especially Shishio (the least common in the arenas). Great way to show the fire (made from the flesh left on his sword!), too. 5/5 and fav'd. smile
