This form appears in his fight against Ulquiorra Cifer. Upon using the Cero Oscuras and blasting a hole in Ichigo's chest, Orihime watches as Ichigo falls from the top of the Las Noches tower, only to find Ichigo seemingly dead. Her cries seem to awaken him and a large amount of power begins to pour from Ichigo. Once the energy and dust clear, a hollowfied Ichigo appears.
