That is when Roxas fights Heartless Riku and he transforms into Xemnas, the leader of Organization XIII. Heartless Riku does have a keyblade in this form but i can not find a photo on photobucket.

I won't judge you based on the inaccuracy of your description (eventhough I'm angry because I love Kingdom Hearts a little too much).

Okay, (there too many comments saying too many things) just to get it strait for you all:
Riku was never heartless, he was overcome by the darkness, therefore he transforms into what looks like Ansem. While Ansem is Xemnas jumbled up with an 'X', Xemnas isn't actually Ansem's nobody. Xemnas is actually the nobody of Xehanort.
