- Well, his hair is kinda flying up in that picture, this would probably be for the best, anything else just looks too strange or isn't long enough. As for his skin, that's pretty much just the shading of the picture. His skin for his picture on the wiki is around this area. Sadly, however, his pic on the wiki is pre-timeskip.

- Voting back since you voted for me. I'd say that you might want to change the hair & skin type based on the ref pic (sorry, I've never read/watched One Piece so I'm not familiar with how the character is supposed to look)
