Description:
This is Chibi Moon, in one of her later transformations, from the very popular anime Sailor Moon. Daughter of Usagi, she was sent back in time to help the younger Usagi, then Sailor Moon.
When the Summer Gardener item was released, I couldn't help myself but make Chibi. <3 Since there is no real item for her buns on her head, I used the bow to represent them. I think this actually turned out really well :)
