This is Seiya Kyo from the final season of Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon Stars.
I've always had a soft spot for the Starlights, and espically Seiya, and I've never seen a cosplay of him, so I thought I'd give it a shot. :)

Pinnacle Of Perfection- actually, if you look in the ref picture, Seiya does have a microphone as a Sailor.

- I think there's a pony tail style that would go better with this outfit. Oh and the reference image [for those who might not know of the series] next time should be a little easier to see. You could of also went without the microphone as Seiya only has that in male form.

- I did Sailor Starfighter in sept last year. If you take a look at mine it might help you out. It's not perfect but it's pretty close

- My only suggestions are smaller eyes and maybe taller boots, like the thigh high ones from Durem Depot?. Other than this it's great!
