This is Ororo as she appeared in the X-Men Ultimate series.
I already made a Movie-verse Storm and I wanted to try and attempt a version of her that no one else had thus far. So I chose this. The boots aren't completely yellow but I couldn't any others that were in the perfect style and these just work to me. The orb on her chest represents the gold/red X-Men emblem.
