It's Renge from Ouran High School cosplaying as Ammirale Kisaragi from Lala. She is she dressed this way in episode 7, "Jungle Pool SOS!"
I took some critiques into mind. I understand that the hair is still kinf of off, but many said it was too dark before, so I found the closest color and style I could. I also changed the eyes. A lot of people are complaining on the closed eyes...
Well, the item in question is super expensive on the market place and I am not made of gold.
Also, judging off only the reference pic is a bit unfair. Granted, I did not pick a very good one, but even so... - Report As Spam

- It's simple but its good...the is no umbrella so i suggest no putting it and you should get some closed eyes...although i admire it 5 ^-~
