This is Marik Ishtar from Yu-Gi-Oh! you first meet him in the Battle City Duels arc of the show .matched everything the best i could, Gaia has yet to release an item the resembles a duel disk so i gave him his Millennium Rod instead. - i would have to gender bend to wear the cargo pants and like i said the male base is to chunky for him. i attempted the duel disk but found nothing that even looked close to the one he has.
