Things to note:
Sirius's hair is black here since it was black in the book, but brown in the movies. His eyes are also a blue-ish gray in the movies, but in the books they were said to be gray.
Prisoners Top was not used due to the neckline being too high up.
His wounds are not too visible in the ref, but he didn't escape with a flawless face.
