Rue is the youngest tribute in the 74th Hunger Games. She makes it to the final eight before she is speared by District 1's boy tribute Marvel, this is the scene I chose to interperet. This is from the book and does not match the reff well- it is still a cosplay as the cosplay rules say "your avatar is dressed up like a well-known character/object/animal" Please vote fairly.
