The project created Terry McGinnis by having his father's dna recreated to match Bruce Wayne's. The project would end with Terry's parnets being killed infront of him, but that plan failed and the project was scrapped. But faith had other plans, Terry's father was murdered thus giving Terry the push to become the new Batman
