- the hair and face are not so bad....... its the outfit....... fix all of it. she doesn't have shoes and long gloves would be MUCH better. and obviously the outfit is just thrown together and does not look like the ref.

- your ref isn't working. at first look it is pretty good but after comparing this to the actual bloom i have to say it needs some work. her hair is more orange than red, the outfit is more of a colorful blue and her arm length pink gloves.
