This is my cosplay of Sailor Neptune's transformation sequence. I worked very hard on this cosplay, and although it took me FOREVER to save up for the angelic pendant, I think my favorite part of making this cosplay was finding, what I believe to be, the perfect item for Neptune's henshin wand!
