Kiriko Takemura, better known by her stage name, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, is a Japanese singer known for her weird/cute style. This is the second outfit she dons in her second music video, Tsukema Tsukeru.
I couldn't find any companion item that was similar enough to her backup dancers. Also, I accidentally combined the backgrounds from the latter half of the video.

- I really like how you got this as close as possible to the actual music video outfit. I knew almost instantly what you were cosplaying biggrin I kind of wish you had picked a darker colored background to help the avi pop out more. I know her video/outfits get a little crazy and very colorful but I think choosing a darker galaxy might help the bright colors stand out some more. :3 love it though
