This is Son Gohan from the alternate timeline in Dragon Ball Z. I tried to make him look similar to the flashback in the anime episode "Ghosts from Tomorrow". An image of the flashback will be shown in the reference picture. Notice he has both arms but it shows his scar unlike the History of Trunks special that only shows him with a scar when he has one arm.
