- Description: Using the Cosmic Heart Compact, Usagi is able to transform into Sailor Moon during the 3rd and part of the 4th season of Sailor Moon. This transformation gives her the ability to use the attack "Moon Spiral Heart Attack" with the Spiral Heart Moon Rod. Notable changes in her outfit compared to transformations with her previous two brooches are her tiara gem becoming a crescent moon and her choker gem becoming a heart.
