- I tried to find reference pic similar to my avi on Photobucket before entering it but all I could find was this. I've never had much luck when trying to find something I need.

- Since this is such a simple avatar, I think you should try to be more accurate to your reference (or find a reference closer to your avatar). She is wearing short sleeves in the ref, but long on your avatar. Also I think there are better eyes as well.
