The Moonlight Pokemon, Umbreon!
All shiny pokemon sparkle and are a different color~
It evolves from Eevee when leveled up with high friendship during the night or when around a Moon Shard.
Its forehead and legs have rings on them. Its markings glow at night and strike fear into anyone nearby. It hides in the darkness while waiting for its opponents, and its rings glow when it leaps to attack.

- oh my gosh this looks amazing! i recently put together a pretty nice shiny umbreon too ^-^ but mine is humanoid, i think you did a perfect job of making your look like the actual pokemon heart
