I've seen this movie once a few years ago to make an item for a different avatar site. That said, this is a very 'bare bones' try at this character. No worries, I have a few ideas, use if you wish too.

- This is a pretty good job! The dark crystal is one of my favorite movies, but it's a good idea to include a reference pic for those who don't know it.
