My updated version of my ESM cosplay.
Appearing in the final season of the Sailor Moon anime (90s), she's sporting a whole different appearance, with brand new colours, in what is known as one of her final forms.
I'm well aware that there are boots that are nearly identical to her forms boots, I just don't like the length of them.
