This is the Magician, Hisoka Morow, from the Manga and Anime series "Hunter x Hunter". This is his first outfit in the series, which he wears during the Hunter exam. The butterflies flying around him represent the Hemotropic Butterflies species from the series, which are attracted to blood. Thus, I decided to throw a little blood on the avatar, as well!
