- Description: Dancing among the snowflakes along the frozen lake peaks out a tiny lone winter sprite. She comes out only for the month of December to play among the first snowflakes of winter. She wears a sprig of holly in her hair as she is in a festive mood for the holidays. Winter sprites also love to play on frozen ponds and streams. If you look close enough as it snows you my be lucky enough to see a winter sprite flying in and around the snowflakes as they fall.
