- Description: I'll bet you never knew there was a SECOND Chaos project. yep, Vincent had a sister. once Hojo got bored with Vincent, he warped the experiment a bit and started working on his subject's sister. She has a gun/flamethrower of her own (in the holster, you can't see it) called Pheonix and can turn into multiple deadly things, just like her big brother.
