this is a simple cosplay of My Chemical Romance's famous Gerard Way. Gerard way is the lead singer of My Chemical Romance. And this is supposed to be a cosplay of him with his outfit from his music video "Helena". His hair was long before, but not so long ago, he had cut it and dyed it white. But now, he's dyed it black and is starting to regrow back.
