i didn't know whether to put it here or in cosplay arena, since it is a cosplay of the mad hatter in alice in wonderland, just not disney's version of alice in wonderland. it got confusing because different versions of the book have different artists rendering him. this is just my take on him. so apologies in advance
aaand that's supposed to be the white rabbit there. hahaha.
