I like everything apart from the legs. The legwarmers are just too dark and solid to fit in with the rest of the avatar, and that belt doesn't really work either. You could also use some more pink to tie the hat in more, especially around the chest and leg areas.
You're off to a great start though, I like how the hat works with the hair! - Report As Spam
