Eyes are too big, you need to balance the colors out more, the petals are out of place, as is the parasol. . . and the wings thing. The description is perfect though, 'cause I don't know what the heck is going on with it.
Go to tektek.org, figure out what you want 'cause there are about 20 different ideas going on here.
