- Description: Once a kind Witch lived in a town where the only thing it lacked was it never snowed.The Witch saw the children's sad faces when winter came and one year she decided to change that.She used a spell on a marionette she made out of ice&snow,giving it magic power.The marionette opened it's eyes and bowed to the Witch before giving the town it's first of many snow days.The marionette still comes to life to bring winters joy to everyone.You can tell he's been there by the snow&frost he leaves behind.
