- Description: Clear your mind and focus on your breath. Press into all four corners of your foot as you stand tall. Roll your shoulders back to release any tension and allow your heart to shine. Close your eyes and smile softly as we slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let it out. We will finish our practice with our hands in prayer pose at your hearts. The light in me recognizes the light in you. Namaste.
