    The story is called Volt and it is about a world that is over run by gangs. The main character is named Chase. Chase wants to protect the city, so he creates his own gang called the Volts. Chase is a care free person who puts safety of others before his own. He is not a genius or an idiot. His dream is to create a strong gang that will change how the world works. He has the power to produce and control lighting in his body. Throughout the story his power will grow and he will make many allies and enemies. Every gang is different and most have strong people among them. Also the main character has a mysterious past.<br />
    This story will have action, adventure, comedy.<br />
