    ‘♡ Hi there, I'm Ahlys.

    I'm your average Brit with a particular interest in the arts and reading fantasy novels. I study Art History part time but try to be on Gaia daily. <br />

    ➺ ◇ After being diagnosed with a serious, untreatable chronic illness several years ago (and suffering from it for years prior to the discovery) I've been on and off Gaia for the last six years, coming out of my hiatus earlier in 2016 and again in the Spring of 2017, following 8 months of another illness. <br />
    <br />
    However I'm now back to my main activity on Gaia once more - lurking in the roleplaying forums and taking on literate and typically m// roleplays. (Mostly fantasy-supernatural, domestic ideas or true/medieval/magic based ye-olde-worlds.)<br />
    If I vanish on any RP partners without a word, it's almost certainly due to incredibly, incredibly severe health problems. However despite my disability I will try to get in contact with those I'm with in case of having to bow out at any point.<br />

    I'm especially fond of The Lord of the Rings, Pre-Raphelite art, Harry Potter, Studio Ghibli films, Robin Hood, One Piece, Vampires, Jane Austen, Castlevania, K-dramas, all things Robin Hood, Alice in Wonderland, Attenborough documentaries, Sailor Moon, Dracula, Clannad (the band), Terry Pratchett, Old Hollywood romance films and 70s/80s music. <br />

    Don't talk to me about The Witcher 3 or Bayonetta because I'm so, so obsessed with those games that you will almost certainly never hear the end of it. Unless you too are also a superfan, because lawd I could go on and on forever.<br />
