    Gaia has become something of my past that I would like to bring into the present. I remember first finding it, amazed at everything that I could do with a simple avatar, or Gaian. The fact that there was this entirely different and virtual world at my disposal...it made me feel like I could be something, if not in real life then at least here. My young, eleven/twelve year old mind was simply blown by this website, this virtual world. Gaia.<br />

    The first thing I remember doing when I signed up and started to interact with the site was buy clothes with the limited amount of money you started out with. I bought an old, cave woman type outfit, one I believe is still in the shops (shockingly), and felt amazing. I could literally do what I wanted here; what was there to not love?<br />

    Then I found the guilds and the forums. Such started my love for role playing. I couldn't get enough of it. Still to this day, I have an outline for a Gypsy RP character on my parents home computer. Finding it brought back a lot of good memories. <br />

    Gaia just offered so many things to and for me, along with so many other Gaians that were, and let's face it, a little too nice sometimes. (: I'm an author, an artist, and someone who loves to RP. Gaia still has everything here that inspires me in those areas like you wouldn't believe. <br />

    I do believe that, no matter how old I get or how often I stop using the site, I'll always come back and relive those wonderful memories. Because that's what Gaia has become for me; a memory that I'll always be able to keep reliving.<br />
