    Hi, my name is Al. That's short for Alistair, in case you were curious. Chances are you know me as Sparty, that's what most people online call me. I'm now 20, from British Columbia, Canada. I joined Gaia when I was 13, and stuck around for about 4 years, getting really involved in guilds, the marketplace and zOMG. Now I rarely come on, but I still keep the account active to stay in touch with old friends~<br />

    I'm a student at the University of Victoria, and I spend 8 months of the year living in that city. I'm going into my fourth year of History this fall, hoping to finish up in the spring and then onwards to law school! Despite getting a bit older, I still love the list that's been here for years: Snowboarding, Soccer, Bleach, FMA, Code Geass, StarCraft, Halo, Metroid, and things of that nature. basically a random assortment of animes, a couple sports, and most shooting or RTS videogames.<br />

    My taste in music is kind of all over the place and changes pretty quick lately, in an "I'm not quite sure what I like but I don't think it's this anymore" sort of way. The only band that you can be guaranteed is on my playlist is Linkin Park, as of writing this I've been in a real Seether/Saliva kick.<br />
    <br />
    My favorite anime is Bleach, although more and more I forget why. I think Zaraki has something to do with it. I don't watch the TV show anymore, and as far as I'm concerned the plot ended with Aizen. I still sometimes find myself lost in my imagination, fighting Arrancar once in a while though...<br />

    I like to think of myself as a pretty nice guy, if a bit prone to mood swings. et to know me and decide for yourself! ^^    <br />
    <br />
    Oh, and one last thing. Every now and then you might see me (my avatar) as a pink-haired girl. That's Spartina, whom I tend to make bets regarding. When I look like her, I'm in character as her. Be warned!<br />
