• After about a couple of hours had past Jake was heading up to the main office to talk with one of the counsel member. “So what will it be, go home or stay here?” “I would like to go home. So I can be with my little sister.” He said to one of the counsel members. “Very well. Ill get the preparations ready to have you home as soon as possible.” “Thank you sir.” When Jake was about to head out his father stopped him. “Now excuse me. Where are you going young man?” he asked. “Where else? Home to be with my sister, your daughter. Just leave me alone.” Jake was starting to walk out once again but his father wouldn’t let him. “What do you mean going home? You’re not going anywhere you’re staying right here, and your going to finish your training. Now am I clear?” “Go to hell.” Jake walks away from his father in attempt to find Riley out in the academy. Once Jake was gone out of his father’s sight Mr. Cooper soon began to spoke to the other counsel members. “Are you really going to let him just leave like that? Or are you actually going to stop him? Were going to be in great danger once the moon is full! Do you understand what I’m saying? You can’t let him leave!” “Mr. Cooper! Settle down now! Now I know we can’t let him leave but he has to. Riley will watch over him to make sure he doesn’t get killed while he’s back at home. Now do I make myself clear? Whatever you do you will not be able to interfere with him or you will be executed. After all we were the ones who saved you from that accident of yours. We only got a couple of days to get our men ready for the full moon. In the meantime we’ll leave Riley to Jake.” The eldest counsel member says. “Yes I understand elder. I’ll be off then.”
While Jake was searching for Riley he had no luck at all. The last place he looked was the academy garden. There she is. I hope I can make things all better. When Jake was walking towards Riley he noticed that she was looking at a picture. “Hey” Riley looks up at Jake and wipes away her tears. “Hey” “Look Riley I just wanted you to know that I’ll miss you when I leave. But I want to ask you something first though” he pauses and sits down besides her and takes her hand “Will you come with me?” Riley looks at Jake with a confused face. “Jake I …” “Riley please. You could bring your sister along, it would be better then staying here training over, and over again for no reason.” “Jake there is a reason though, when it’s a full moon there’s going to be a war and I’m going to fight in that war so I can revenge my mother’s death. The elder counsel member probably has your ride home anyway. So you should get going, and one more thing” she pauses, “What is it Riley?” she continues “I’m the one who has to erase your memory but I’m going to do it a different way though.” Riley looks at Jake in the eyes and Riley kisses him on the lips and with a blink of an eye Jakes memory was erased.
When Jake finally had woken up he was wondering where he was. “Where … am … I?” “Easy now. Easy. You’re in the nurse’s office because you got hit with a baseball outside in the backfield. This here young lady over there brought u over here. Without her here you could still be out in the backfield unconscious.” That’s so weird. I don’t remember getting hit with a baseball and why does it feel like I’m supposed to be somewhere else. Jake looks at the girl, and starts to wonder if he knows her or not. When Jake was finally was able to get out of the nurses office. “So uh… what’s you’re name? I’m Jake by the way… are you new here because I’ve never seen you here before.” Jake asked. “Yes. Yes I’m new here I just transferred from England, and my name is…” she pauses and tries to think of another name “My names Elizabeth, and its nice to meet you Jake.” Jake looks at her as if they’ve known each other for a long time. “So Elizabeth do you need help in finding any of your classes? I’m pretty good at remembering where each classroom is.” He looks at her smiling. “Sure I’d love that.” She says. On the way to her class Elizabeth was starting to get frustrated because Jake wouldn’t stop asking questions. “So Elizabeth what was it like to live in England? Or go to school there?” Elizabeth wasn’t answering anymore questions that he asked because she didn’t know the answers. Elizabeth was starting to believe that Jake never lost his memory in the first place. Jake starts thinking to himself, she is so gullible. She thinks I lost my memory but I didn’t. “So Elizabeth I know that, that’s not your real name its actually Riley. You thought I lost my memory didn’t you? But I didn’t and I also know that you never went to school in England or have you?” “Jake your right. I’ve never went to school in England and my names not Elizabeth either. The only real reason I came was” she looks at Jake and continues “to see you and to of course help with your training. We need you Jake. With out you we’ll lose the fight and everyone will die. You don’t want that do you?” “No. I’ll be in the fight as long as I’m by your side.”
