• Dark had touched down, behind the museum and was now already on the inside. He looked towards the painting he was going to steal.
"This is to easy. It's likely a trap. What they don't know is tonight we have reinforcements. That is if we even need 'em." he snickered then stepped towards the painting. A cage fell down. "How over used." He rammed the cage, but he couldn't get trough. it was reinforced. Seemingly by magic. "I know just who set this trap now."
Almost on cue Satoshi stepped out o the shadows.
"It almost appears like you got caught on purpose. This isn't like you Dark."
"Gee you don't take long to catch on."
"Get the cage into the truck." Satoshi ordered to the policemen who had stepped out of the shadows.
Dark didn't even resist. He said to himself, and thus Daisuke quite enough so no one else would hear.
"I want to test the strength of our new ally. I could get out of this anytime I want so if things get out of hand we'll be fine."

Back outside the building Kerri was awaiting the news that Dark had escaped, when a truck drove by. Suddenly Emmi spoke up.
    "Kerri! Dark's on that truck."
Kerri's eyes widened she ran after the truck until she was out of site of everyone else.
    "My own heart, UNLOCK!"
Once she had finished her transformation She jumped up in the air, and flew after the truck. She caught up with it, and quickly summoned a giant fountain pen. As she used it to saw a hole in the car's roof it was a bit if a struggle to stay on. Her task was finished quickly and she jumped through her entrance. Satoshi who was keeping an eye on Dark saw her.
"Oh I see Dark. Everything makes perfect since now."
"And you are?" Satoshi opened his mouth to answer but before he could he doubled over.
"Kerri," Dark barked, "get back! NOW!" Kerri just blinked. She hadn't considered Dark to misjudge her powers. So she took his advice just in case.
Satoshi sprouted wings white as snow. Feathers encircled him and when they subsided a man who seem to be Dark's exact opposite from his blond hair to his white clothes to the wings that were so bright they seem to glow.
"What a beautiful young girl. I am Krad. What would your name be, and why are you helping this thief?"
"I'm Prime Protagonist. I'm helping him, because unlike you he, no, we fight for what's right."
"Now how did you figure out that I'm the bad guy?" A sneer spread across his face.
"Now what kind of author would I be if I couldn't distinguish something so simple as that? A villain must always have a strong refined aura. Well... Now that your questions answered. HAPPY ENDING!" She swung the giant pen and a large amount of ink went flying and enveloped Krad. Her swing continued to slice open the cage.
Dark laughed looking at the now purple-blackish Krad.
"Not so angelic now are you Krad?"
    "Silence!" He charged.
Both Prime and Dark moved to the side with perfect timing sending Krad through the hole in the roof. Dark followed him. As Prime just stood there Emmi's voice resonated out.
"Come on! We don't wanna be left out!"
    "Right!"
And she was through the roof too. The fight hadn't started yet so she jetted up to join Dark. Krad was again the first to make a move. As he flew top speed, Prime's pen shrunk down ta a normal size and she threw it.
    "Great suspense!"
Krad struggled, but the ink held tight. Dark heard Daisuke asking,
    Wow. She's that strong!
"Her desire to achieve he dreams must be really strong."
Prime stood triumphantly. She flew over to Krad.
"Not so high and mighty now huh?"
Just after she had said that Krad broke free of his inky bindings with such force that Prime was sent flying until she hit the ground, fell unconscious, and dispelled.
    Kerri!
"Now it's just you and me Dark Mousy. Like it should be."
Dark wasn't in the mood to fight right now and Krad was weak from Prime's attacks was dispatched in one hit. He was quickly by Kerri's said. Emmi who was hovering around trying to make thing as comfortable as possible for Kerri noticed him.
"She'll be all right. She just needs to rest."
Dark, take her to my house.
    "Okay Daisuke."
Once they reached the house Dark landed on Daisuke's balcony, put Kerri in Daisuke's bed, and then turned back into Daisuke. Daisuke was pacing around the room Trying to figure out how he'd tell Kerri's parents that she was okay.
"She left her cell-phone at the hotel room." Emmi's voice sad out of nowhere, as Daisuke could only hear her.
"Thanks." He went over to his desk and picked up that card Kerri had given him. He dialed the number, it rang once, twice, three times before someone picked up.
"Hello? I'm sorry but Kerri's not here right now." It was Kerri's mother
"I know. I'm calling to tell you that Kerri tripped and hit her head on the way back from the scene of Dark's thievery. I brought her to my house so she could rest. Just letting you know."
"Thank you. That was very sweet of you." After she said that the line went dead.
    And that's half true.
Daisuke sighed and then looked at the small painting that Dark had managed to swipe out with a fake via magic.
He went downstairs and presented it to his parents.
"So you managed to get it ,and fight Krad." His grandfather said proudly.
"I wouldn't have If Kerri hadn't helped me. She got hurt doing so though." This time his mother spoke up,
    "Poor dear! Where is she?"
    "Upstairs in my room resting."
