tab There was a little boy standing on the corner. "Boy," said an old man, walking to work, "Who are you waiting for?" "My friend," said the boy. The old man walked on. The boy stood there all day, noon came and went, the boy still stood there. The old man came walking back from work, "Boy, has your friend come yet?" he asked. "no," said the little boy. "Well you can't stay out here all night, can you?" asked the old man. "No," the little boy replied, "My friend should be here soon." "Who is your friend?" the old man asked "Death," said the little boy, and he vanished.
